Jim McKee is a very experienced, highly competent and unusually resourceful civil lawyer located on the West Side of Los Angeles. He is a graduate of Princeton University (BA), Columbia Graduate School of Business (MBA) and Harvard Law School (JD). He has held senior legal positions with publicly held multinational companies including Westinghouse Electric and TRW as well as closely held private firms.
He is comfortable handling all sorts of business legal matters, including, for example, setting up LLCs, defending against or pursuing civil litigation and regulatory problems.
He has recovered thousands of dollars seized by US Customs from
travelers who failed to declare cash on their persons. He has
represented aerospace scientists with dual citizenship who faced loss
of their access to classified data. He is also active in real estate,
defense against debt collection and bankruptcy, immigration and
divorce.
