A Bunch of Enthusiastic Kids

This afternoon I entertained a bunch of tired people, tired but exuberant people. My younger sister brought her friends to our house after a grueling day of doing a job search. They are fresh from college and their enthusiasm to work is still fresh too.

I served them cool freshly sqeezed lemonaides and just-out-of-the-oven chocolate chip cookies while listening to their stories. Just listening to them would give you the idea that they treated the whole thing like a big adventure.

I am glad that they still have the enthusiasm to work after a day of looking for jobs. I know that it was not an easy experience for the unemployed line is long nowadays. But fresh hope is hard to break and I hope for this group of young people, they would continue to be enthusiastic about life. In time they will learn how hard life is today but of course that doe not mean we are not allowed to enjoy it.

The heating, ventilation and air conditioning field is in need of people that want to learn how to install and care for heating and air conditioning units. I have been thinking about training for this type of position for a while, but just never took the plunge. The more I read about training for HVAC, the more I am interested in looking for a school close by that offers this type of program. I think that it would be really nice to have a career in HVAC; there is a lot of work in this area and I know that I would be able to find a job in my town, or one really close. I had a talk with my father about training for HVAC, and he thought that it was a really good idea. He said that he knows some people that work in this field and that they love what they do and make a lot of money.

I have been looking for Geotechnical Jobs for the past 6 nmonths, but for some unknown reason, I am having a really hard time finding work. I guess the reason is not unknown. It is hard for me to find a job because the job maket is really hard these days. There are not too many jobs available. The companies don’t want to create jobs. I don’t remember the last time I saw the job market in such a bad state. I really hope that things get better soon. If things don’t get better, I really don’t know what is going to happen to people like me. I can’t afford to be without a job anymore. It is really hard financially. I hardly have any money left anymore to take care of my family. I have used almost everything that I had saved up in my bank account. I don’t know what to do.

The Amazing Story About Medical Technologists

It was a perfect evening when I saw an old man slip on wet pavement. The man worked as a medical technologist in the hospital nearby. After helping the man, he bought me ice cream in the nearest ice cream parlor nearby. While eating ice cream, I asked the man what medical technologists do for a living. The man told me a short story of his life and what he did to get where he is right now. The old man’s story was so amazing and really enlightened me about how great his job really is.

While on my way home, I was thinking about the old man’s story. When I reached home, I told my wife about the story and she too was fascinated about the old man’s job. I told my wife that maybe our children should also become medical technologists someday. My wife agreed, and added that I should tell my younger sister to become one herself.

I Need to Be Appreciated

I have been looking for some investment banking jobs lately. I am just not happy where I am, and I think that I deserve a lot more. I know that some people just do not understand why I would try to change jobs, but that is really none of their concern. I suppose that being treated pretty badly is one of the reason that I want to switch over. Another is the low pay. I just hate it when I am trying to work so hard and do such a good job, and the compensation is lacking. I know that I can do so much better than this, and I honestly want to try my very best to do whatever I can in order to be satisfied in my career. I work in finance, but I feel like there are other places that can welcome me with open arms and treat me better than where I currently am at.
